Helena is a strong professional who knows how to find the bottlenecks that limit the activities of organizations and find ways to solve them with the support of communication. She believes that a strong and fruitful partnership is based on a thorough understanding of the client's sector, which is why she is also convinced that creating a strategy is the most appropriate starting point for cooperation. This conviction, the ability to adapt quickly and the courage to test new approaches have made her a reliable advisor and an invaluable support in the eyes of many managers and key employees of the agency's client organizations.
Helena has almost twenty years of experience in communications from the private, public and non-profit sectors. Before joining Hill and Knowlton, the predecessor of PR Strategies, in 2012, she worked as the communications manager of the Central Union of Trade Unions, as the Managing Director of the public relations company Rull & Rumm, and managed public relations at the Border Guard Board.
Helena enjoys the creativity offered by communication work. In addition to strategic consulting, she also supports clients in organizing media communication. As a linguist, she is happy to have every opportunity to test her creative writing skills. She also supports the personal branding activities of several of the agency’s clients' on a daily basis. Furthermore, Helena conducts media and crisis communication trainings, in the latter of which she can provide numerous examples from her own experience of national-level crises as well as reputational crises that have hit commercial companies, which she has helped to resolve.
